These terms govern your use of TunnelNet, a service operated by Andrew Polykandriotis, doing business as MinakiLabs ("we", "us"), located in Illinois, United States. We operate Autonomous System 396500 and the IPv4 address block 23.187.152.0/24.
We lease you one public IPv4 address from our block. You install our software on a machine you control. That machine connects to our network over an encrypted tunnel, and traffic addressed to your leased address is delivered to it. The address is announced to the internet from our Autonomous System.
We do not carry your outbound traffic. Traffic your machine sends to the internet leaves through your own internet connection, not ours. This is not a VPN and does not change how your machine appears when it connects outward.
We do not host your machine, your data, or your services. Your machine is yours. We deliver traffic to it.
You do not acquire ownership of, or any transferable right in, the address. It remains part of our registered block. When your subscription ends, the address returns to our pool and may be assigned to another customer.
$8 per month per address, billed through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled.
You may cancel at any time. Service continues until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect for a period and may suspend or terminate the service if it remains unpaid.
You are responsible for everything running on your machine and everything done using your leased address. A public address makes your machine reachable from the internet. Securing it is your responsibility.
You agree to the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may suspend or terminate your service immediately and without notice if we believe you have violated the Acceptable Use Policy, if your use threatens the operation or reputation of our network, or if required by law. Where we can, we will tell you why.
You may cancel at any time from your account.
We do not guarantee uptime or availability. This service is operated by one person on infrastructure without redundancy. It may be unavailable due to maintenance, hardware failure, network problems, or upstream provider actions outside our control.
We may need to change your assigned address. We will give notice where we can, but may act without notice where operationally necessary.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility.
Support is provided by email at support@minakilabs.com. We reply within one business day.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) brought by a third party and arising out of your use of the service, the traffic sent to or from your address, or your breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
This does not apply to a claim caused by our own act or omission.
We respond to properly formed copyright notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Send notices to our designated agent:
Andrew Polykandriotis, designated agent for MinakiLabs (also doing business as TunnelNet), registered with the United States Copyright Office. Notices: support@minakilabs.com
A notice must identify the copyrighted work, identify the material you say infringes it and where it is, give your contact details, and include the two statements the DMCA requires: that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act for the owner.
We forward valid notices to the customer responsible for the address, and we will suspend or terminate the service of anyone who repeatedly infringes.
We may change these terms. We will post the updated version with a new version date and notify active customers by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, you may cancel.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
